Developed as a second phase to an existing older community product, this new senior living project is designed for ease of circulation and security. All four buildings are linked by breezeways and catwalks, and for residents requiring assistance an elevator for ease of motion. The site is designed to take advantage of both local topography and to emphasize the community features surrounding a state-of-the-art community building, complete with computer labs, a full kitchen, senior exercise room and a community gathering space, all adjacent to a fully staffed office.
